("the Company") is committed to protecting the information assets entrusted to us by our customers as well as our own information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime, and to meeting the trust of our customers and society, by working on information security company-wide based on the following policy.

We establish an organization for the maintenance and improvement of information security, and define information security measures as formal internal rules.

Our employees acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security, ensuring reliable engagement with information security initiatives.
4 Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements
We comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations relating to information security, while meeting the expectations of our customers.
5 Response to Violations and Incidents
Personal information we receive is stored safely under strict management. We have established a person responsible for management within our company regarding the handling of personal information, and designate a person in charge of handling for each set of data containing personal information, appropriately managing records of receipt, storage location records, access permissions, and disposal records.
