■ About the Privacy Policy

Nextremer Co., Ltd. (From now on, referred to as "Nextremer") recognizes the importance of personal information and considers its protection to be a social responsibility and is committed to complying with laws and regulations regarding personal information and to handling personal information appropriately. ■ Handling of Customer Video Images Obtained from Remosis and AI Information Signage

At each of the stores and facilities where Remosis and AI information signage are installed, operators provide customer service to individual customers remotely via a video chat system using installed tablet terminals and chassis. The video images of customers acquired through this service will be used together with audio to provide optimal content and to improve future services based on the estimated gender, age, and other demographic information. The acquired video data will be retained and used for a maximum of 30 days within the scope of the above purposes. They will be promptly deleted after the retention and use period. After the video data is deleted, only data such as audio and non-personally identifiable attributes will be retained. The acquired personally identifiable video data will not be provided to any third party other than the Company or the relevant company that has introduced the relevant service. (However, statistical data regarding voice and non-personally identifiable post-analysis attributes may be provided to third parties for the purpose of analysis, etc.)
